How many bundles do I need for my install?​
We recommend our Glam' Dolls to use two bundles for lengths 12" to 18"inches. Any bundles over 20" inches we recommend that you purchase three or more bundles.

Can I color/bleach my bundles?
Yes. All Ken' D. Collection hair is 100% virgin hair. We recommend that you consult with a licensed hair care professional. Be sure to keep color treated hair hydrated. *note, hair is no longer virgin once color treated*

How do I prepare bundles for install?
We ask our Glam' Dolls to co-wash the hair with a high quality product with a pH no higher than 7. Rinse and let air dry.

How long will my bundles last?
With proper care and maintenance the average time is nine months to one year. Treat your bundles just like you would care for your own hair.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a ten(10) day hassle free return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase prior to installing hair we will provide a full refund within ten days of purchase. Hair extensions that has been unwrapped, used, cut, or tampered with will NOT be issued a refund.

How can I request a refund?
Contact us by e-mail at sghstudio@outlook.com or just leave us a message directly on the Contact Us page on our site. We guarantee a response within 24 hours from our customer support team. You must contact us before sending hair back no contact will not be honored. Returns can ONLY be completed via email. Not in store.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer a ten(10) day hassle free exchange policy on all Ken' D. Collection virgin hair. If you are not completly pleased with your purchase prior to installation just contact us via email and we will send you a shipping label to send it back within ten days of purchase and we will gladly exchange hair for the same type of hair and length. For health and saftey reasons we cannot accept worn, cut, or tampered bundles for exchange or refund.

Does Sunshine Glam' Hair share my credit card information?
No. We never store or share customer infomation. All transactions are completed through PayPal, a sucure payment processing system.

What is the "Serve Glam' Now, Pay Later" program?
We offer the "Serve Glam' Now, Pay Later" program is a credit service offered through PayPal Credit. Any order over $50.00 may qualify to pay for their bundles over time. *Subject to credit approval* Click PayPal Credit at check-out.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is free with no minimum purchase. This does not include signature confirmation. There is a fee for next day express shipping.

When will I receive my order?
There is a 1-2 day processing time on standard shipping. If next day orders are placed before 11am order wil be shipped same day. Orders take up to 3 to 5 business days. No shipping on holidays.
